How do I place items in my shopping cart?
Use the navigation bar on the left, to select a boutique section you wish to view. Once an item is selected, you will see the "Add to Cart" button. Enter the quanitiy you wish to purchase, and click the "Add to Cart" Button. This will place the item in your shopping cart. If you wish to view the items in your shopping cart at any time, click "View Cart" located in the bottom left of the page.
How do I change the items in my shopping cart?
To view the items in your cart, click "View Cart" on the bottom left of the shopping cart. This will then take you to your shopping cart where you will be able to modify the items you are purchasing. To remove an item, click "remove" below the items picture. To add more of an item to your cart, click modify, and then change the quantity of your order. Once you have all the products in the cart you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button to proceed with the purchase process.
How do I buy items?
To purchase items once they are in your cart, visit the shopping cart mainpage, by clicking on "View Cart" in the bottom left column. Then Click the checkout button below the shopping cart, and proceed with the checkout process.
You will then be asked to enter your account information, open a new account or to continue without creating account. We recommend that you create a new account with the CSHOF so that next time you purchase a product, you will not have to re-enter your information. You information will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.
After you have completed the login to the store, you be returned to the shopping cart. Press continue, to continue with the checkout process.
Can I change this information?
You can change your account information at any time by clicking "account details" on the left sidebar under "Account Options".
How do I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made, you will receive an email, confirming your purchase. This email will be your receipt and confirmation that we have successfully received your order. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us here.
