Modification/Content
The text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, and other material provided by Canada's Sports Hall of Fame (CSHOF) boutique are referred to collectively as the "Content." CSHOF may change, delete, or update any content at any time and without prior notice. You may view and use the content only for your personal information and for shopping and ordering at the CSHOF boutique

Product Warranties
CSHOF will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please visit our Product Returns and Exchanges sections for our full policy.

Product Returns and Exchanges
Providing the highest level of service and quality at our online boutique is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.

Within 30 days of delivery, products can be returned for full refund however, all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer (if the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the shipping costs). The refund will be in the item purchase amount plus applicable taxes.

Simply return the product, in its original condition and packaging, with the official sales receipt you received with your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.

The CSHOF boutique will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Risk of Loss/Damage
Products purchased through cshof.ca/boutique are delivered by a third party delivery company. The risk of loss of these products passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery by the CSHOF to the third party shipper. Any damage incurred through shipping is the responsibility of the shipper.

Sales Tax
The amount of tax charged depends on many factors, including the destination/address of the shipment and the type of item(s) purchased.

All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 6%. Additionally, the Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") may apply.

Orders sent to addresses outside Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST, but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges.
